ESASPRO CONTROL’s  24/7 operation centre is based in San Pietro in Gu (PD) and is the result of nearly ten years of continuous investments in technology to support and complement traditional alarm management activities, intervention following alarms and patrolling.

ESAPRO and ESAPRO CONTROL’s investment in centralisation, integration – but above all – in the ability to analyse and process data and images from field’s cameras and sensors, allow our operating centre operators (Security Guards Art.138 TULPS) to monitor situations in a way that was not possible before. We can now accurately determine possible intruders’ positions inside or outside the perimeter of the system, the number of persons, their actions, etc.

Our operation  centre operators carry out 24/7 remote monitoring activities carefully and tirelessly, but they are also specialised technicians focused on performance analysis, account management and management of critical situations, even from distance. Targeted visual and/or acoustic alarms are activated autonomously, while targeted and geo-localised intruder alarms are sent to local supervisory institutes and police forces. This reduces reaction times and the consequences resulting from successful or failed intrusion attempts. 

Every single activity or event is tracked, reports with snapshot/video clips and bookmarks are also generated to assist clients in having transparent and effective relationships with insurance companies in the event a claim is made.
