Over the last 10 years, our Engineering and Commercial Asset Management Departments have gained enviable experience in the design, construction and management of photovoltaic systems, having supported our clients from the pre-feasibility phase up to obtaining authorisationauthoriszation, ensuring the project’s sustainability, resilience and bankability.

We assist our clients in the execution of technical and administrative tasks. Monitoring the performance of their systems and their suppliers, managing warranties and litigation, ICT systems and warehousing. We guarantee that systems are managed according to the best practices and in total compliance with the law from all standpoints.

We are capable of supporting private and industrial investors and investment funds by providing them with specialised technical consulting services both in the acquisition and sale of a system (technical and administrative due diligence). We further support clients in taking out warranties on modules and larger components and the management of any disputes with OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) or EPC Contractors acting as independent experts or party-appointed technical consultants.
