For over 10 years, ESAPRO engineers and technicians have been using advanced technology to analyse data and to process images from the field to carry out predictive maintenance activities, effectively plan preventive maintenance and to better manage corrective maintenance following exceptional events.

We have five service centres with warehouse across the country (North, Centre, South 1, South 2, Sicily). More than 40 highly experienced internal technicians certified with the largest inverter manufacturers, work alongside carefully selected external suppliers, allowing us to respect the increasingly challenging intervention times required by our clients.

Predictive maintenance

Our engineers and technicians use advanced data and image analysis tools to continuously monitor system performance, even in aggregate form and in a portfolio logic. The continuous calculation and comparison of the different KPIs (key performance indicators) allow us to identify negative patterns or anomalies in the modules such as PID (potential induced degradation), hot spots, derating or excessive dirt and to therefore anticipate failure and maximise system productivity.

We carefully plan routine maintenance on our clients’ systems, and we employ only qualified staff to carry out interventions according to the most stringent quality, environment and safety procedures on:

Non-routine maintenance

ESAPRO boasts over 10 years of experience in the design and construction of ground-mounted, C&I, and Carports Pv plants and has a significant track record in the execution of complex non-routine maintenance.

Our skilled technicians work to optimise and modernise electrical and electromechanical systems, monitoring systems, intrusion detection systems and CCTVs. Their services include mechanical assembly, civil processing, structure riveting, revamping inverter cabins and transformers, and rewiring.

Revamping and Repowering

ESAPRO is strongly committed to helping Italy achieving the ambitious renewable electricity production and CO2 reduction goals, set at both national and European levels. To do so, we not only develop new projects but also promote opportunities presented by the need to protect and upgrade the country’s current photovoltaic park.

How?

Through revamping aimed at keeping systems efficient and avoiding degradation, and by repowering or strengthening existing systems.

This is why we have signed and currently promote the June 2018 Charter for the Sustainable Relaunch of Photovoltaics, an act to define and share guidelines and principles among the main operators and stakeholders in the country. The charter aims to meet the growth objectives of the photovoltaic generation in Italy according to sustainability criteria, in order to bring environmental, social and economic benefits to the Italian energy and industrial system.
