We are an independent service provider and to constantly improve the quality of our services we invest regularly in training our engineers and technicians, involved in the 24/7 monitoring of our clients’ power plants. Furthermore, we are focused on the development of new technological solutions that can help us decreasing operating costs and optimising system’s performances.

Our ability to collect, qualify, process and properly store the enormous amount of data that comes from field sensors and images (thermal and daylight) detected by RPA (remotely piloted aircraft or drones) is one of the elements that sets us apart and allows us to continually create value for our clients.

Renforce

Renforce is the monitoring platform developed entirely by ESAPRO’s R&D Department, based on IoT, agnostics and cloud-based, that collects, screens and processes data from field sensors. This allows us to monitor the systems effectively, even in aggregate form and in a portfolio logic.

Continuous calculation of the main performance indicators allows us to detect any malfunctions in a timely manner and to act promptly to avoid interruptions in energy production, as well as consequent loss of value for the client.

Solarbug

SolarBug is an algorithm, with a patented method, developed entirely by ESAPRO’s R&D Department. Through the continuous calculation of the CPR (temperature corrected PR) we compare real and expected production, perform historical series analyses, identify negative patterns and anomalies in the modules such as PID (potential induced degradation), hot spots, derating or excessive dirt, allowing the asset manager to take action in a timely manner.

SolarEye

SolarEye is a high precision thermal anomaly detection system that works at the single module level using APR (remotely piloted aircraft or drones equipped with thermal cameras and very high resolution cameras) as well as specialised software to automatically recognise and process images based on computer vision and AI techniques developed by ESAPRO’s R&D Department.

Main features:

  • visible and thermal orthophotos that allow easy navigation
  • thermography and analysis on 100% of installed modules
  • the ability to store thermographs for comparison

SolarEye allows the operator to highlight and to characterise all those anomalies of thermal nature and thus to intervene in a targeted, timely and effective manner to restore optimal operating and safety, minimising the much-feared fire risk.
